1. Pre-Contractual Information
This document (together with the documents mentioned herein) governs the conditions under which the purchase of products and the use of services offered by MIHA MORARU (hereinafter, the Seller) through the Website https://kaosaove.com are regulated.
Access to and use of this Website, as well as placing any order, implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
2. Contracting Process
The client wishing to purchase products or services must follow the purchase procedure established on the Website, which includes the following steps:
Selection of product/service.
Adding the product to the shopping cart.
Review of the cart and billing/shipping details.
Selection of the payment method.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment.
Receipt of order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices: The applicable prices will be those indicated on the Website on the date the order is placed. Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.

4. Delivery and Shipping

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Physical Products: In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to the Seller at info@kaosaove.com. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
